DESAIN AERODINAMIKA PADA SEBUAH MOBIL

Sebuah mobil yang dibekali dengan sistem aerodinamika yang baik akan mampu melesat bagai sebuah roket, namun kesalahan dalam sistem aerodinamika juga amat fatal terutama dalam kecepatan tinggi, mobil dapat terbang keudara. Untuk lebih memahami tentang prinsip aerodinamik kendaraan coba perhatikan gambar berikut ini

1. A. PENGERTIAN MESIN

Motor bakar adalah mesin atau pesawat yang menggunakan energi termal untuk melakukan kerja mekanik, yaitu dengan cara merubah energi kimia dari bahan bakar menjadi energi panas, dan menggunakan energi tersebut untuk melakukan kerja mekanik. Energi termal diperoleh dari pembakaran bahan bakar pada masin itu sendiri. Jika ditinjau dari cara memperoleh energi termal ini (proses pembakaran bahan bakar), maka motor bakar dapat dibagi menjadi 2 golongan yaitu

1. motor pembakaran luar (external combustion engine)

yaitu suatu motor bakar dimana proses pembakaran atau perubahan energi panas dilakukan diluar dari mekanisme/konstruksi mesin, dan dari ruang pembakaran energi panas tersebut dialirkan ke konstruksi mesin melalui media penghubung. Contoh aplikasinya adalah pada : -mesin uap / turbin uap

1. Motor pembakaran dalam (internal combustion engine) yaitu h suatu motor bakar dimana proses pembakaran atau perubahan energi panas dilakukan didalam konstruksi mesin itu sendiri, dan tempat terjadinya proses pembakaran itu disebut ruang bakar (combustion chamber). Contoh aplikasinya adalah pada :
   1. motor bensin
   2. motor diesel
   3. mesin jet

Berdasarkan pada prinsip kerja atau proses kerjanya dibagi menjadi 2 macam yaitu

1. Prinsip kerja motor 2 tak
2. Prinsip kerja motor 4 tak

Sistem Rem

Sistem rem pada kendaraan merupakan salah satu komponen penting keamanan dalam berkendara, tidak berfungsinya rem dapat menimbulkan bahaya, dan ini penting sekali dalam pekerjaan membongkar, memeriksa, menyetel dan memperbaiki serta merakitnya dengan secermat mungkin. Adapun fungsi dari sistem rem itu sendiri adalah :

1.Diesel common rail dengan komponen pendukungnya. Kerja mesin diatur oleh komputer

Cara kerja injektor mesin diesel common rail tidak sama dengan mesin diesel konvensional. Di sini, injektor bekerja menggunakan teknologi solenoid atau elektrik. Pada mesin lama, injektor bekerja dengan hidro-mekanik.  Malah versi terakhir, generasi ke-3, injektor bekerja secara piezo-elektrik.

Injektor mesin diesel modern sama dengan injektor mesin bensin yang menggunakan sistem injeksi. Dalam hal ini, injektor diaktifkan oleh arus listrik yang diatur oleh komputer.

Jumlah solar yang akan disemprotkan diatur berdasarkan lamanya nosel membuka. Komputer mengatur kerja injektor ini berdasarkan informasi yang diterima dari sensor-sensor lain, misalnya putaran mesin, tekanan regulator, tekanan bahan bakar,   suhu solar, posisi pedal gas,  putaran mesin, silinder, tekanan turbo, aliran udara, air pendingin, kecepatan kendaraan dan seterusnya.

TIPS MUDIK DENGAN MOTOR MATIC
